Changes to TFU Handbook - SEPTEMBER 2025 - RTFO and Policy Updates
Tactical Firearms Officers are split into three categories, which serve different purposes and reflect the progession of officers within the unit.
Recruit
Recruit
Has access to heavy gear
Restricted armoury with basic weaponry (Pictured above)
Can only gear up and deploy when authorized by a Supervisor or highest-ranking officer on duty, unless there's a an Officer Panic or a Major Firearms Incident
Cannot patrol in gear
Standard
Standard
Has access to light and heavy gear
Regular TFU armoury
Can deploy on their own and patrol in Light gear
Incident Commander
Incident Commander
Has access to light and heavy gear
Extended TFU armoury, with more exotic, niche weapon choices.
Ability to utilise suppressors on most primary weapons.
Acting rank of Lieutenant in firearms incidents
