Introduction:

Standard Tactical Firearms Certification is an upgrade for recruits and is given when a recruit has passed their Standard Certification examination. These officers are given access to more weapons and TFU light gear, making it so that they can patrol in gear whilst having access to deploy in vehicles by themselves. 

Expectations:

As a standard TFO, you are expected to know how to use your equipment to its fullest potential, whilst also knowing how to execute all the Situations & Tactics described in the handbook. You should also be trying to lead situations when possible and help guide Recruits around your leadership.

Disciplinary process:

Standard Tactical Firearm Officers who receive an infraction may have their certification removed if they accumulate a total of 4 points, as shown in the "Disciplinary Action" section of the handbook. Serious policy violations will likely result in TFU Command revoking the certification from the offending Officer, bumping them back down to "Recruit Tactical Firearms Certification".
