Changes to TFU Handbook - SEPTEMBER 2025 - RTFO and Policy Updates
The M84 stun grenade is a throwable device that blinds and deafens hostiles, helping Tactical Firearm Officers gain an advantage during combat. When combined with other equipment and tactics, they can be extremely strong and assist in resolving multiple different situations, including close counter-shootouts such as raids in apartment buildings.
Mouse 1 (LMB) - Pulls the pin of the flashbang; this does not activate the flashbang, but primes it ready to be thrown. When you release Mouse 1, the flashbang will be released from where you are aiming. This will throw the flashbang whilst also activating the 4-second fuse timer, causing it to detonate and blind/deafen anyone near it.
Mouse 2 (RMB) - While having the flashbang primed (Mouse 1), you can press Mouse 2 to remove the spoon early, activating the 4-second fuse timer whilst it is still in your hands. You can use this to pop the flashbang at an earlier time, catching hostiles by surprise.
Examples of both are shown below:
The C2 breaching charge is an explosive device that is primarily used for breaching and entering properties. Due to its remote nature, you can detonate it from a distance, making it ideal for coordinating and synchronising a breach with other Officers. The C2 can also be used to defuse other remote explosives, as seen in the Explosive Ordnance Disposal situation.
Mouse 1 (LMB) - Slowly places the C2 breaching charge on the door you are looking at. (Note: You can also remove the C2 from a door by pressing R)
Mouse 2 (RMB) - When in range, starts the 3-second cooldown before detonating the C2 charge
Examples of both are shown below:
Just like the C2 breaching charge, the battering ram is another tool used for breaching open doors. This allows officers to quickly force open doors whilst still being mobile, making it perfect for intense situations when placing a C2 charge isn't viable (for example, if someone is shooting through the door). You can also use the battering ram to force suspects out of vehicles if necessary.
Mouse 1 (LMB) - Forces a locked property door to be opened
Mouse 2 (RMB) - Forces suspects out of a vehicle
Examples of both are shown below:
