Recruit 

Introduction:

Recruits are those who hold the entry-level rank in the Tactical Firearms Unit. As a recruit, you serve as an acting support officer for the Tactical Firearms Unit, which will allow you to learn the ropes of being a fully fledged member of TFU.

Expectations:

As a Recruit, we expect nothing more from you than following orders, policy and SOPs. We expect you to play a support role towards other TFOs, and follow the orders given by higher certification-holding TFOs and Supervisors. We don't hold much expectation of seeing leadership from you, as you are holding this rank to learn leadership abilities, Combat abilities, and more.

Disciplinary process:

Officers found guilty of violations of Policy and law as a Recruit TFO will see their permissions revoked. Tactical Firearms Trainers and Command may suspend you from TFU Service upon a breach of TFU policy, for the purpose of a Command internal investigation. If you are found guilty of a Policy violation, you will likely be dismissed from the certification and, therefore, have your membership within TFU revoked.
