Whilst not directly in the TFU command team, they are extreamly important in making sure TFU not only runs smoothly but also runs fairly. (Major+ would be considered SMT)
As the line manager of Operations Services, Mjr. Damon Creed is responsible for ensuring that the division operates efficiently and in full compliance with all policies. All policy edits and additions must be reviewed and approved by Mjr. Creed before being finalised.
While TFU Command will typically handle helpdesk tickets, Mjr. Creed may also respond to TFU-related queries when required. The majority of major decisions are made collaboratively between Aquaa and Megasaw, particularly those involving significant changes such as the recruitment of TFICs or Command members, as well as policy and handbook updates.
The current Chiefs of Department within PLPD are:

Deputy Chief Scrabuz
Deputy Chief Benji
They are responsible for authorising exemptions within TFU, including activity requirements, and for overseeing complex internal matters. Chiefs may also contribute to divisional decisions to ensure policy stability and role fairness.
